[NO.76] m.with.cat@RUSSIA

This is AD tag, from Moskva.
I like the stamp with sunset picture. It's glossy. Really nice.
But I have no idea about who painted it.
(I know there is a description on it, but I don't understand Russian.=P)

      I have seen this seal 3 times. They are all from Moskva(Moscow).
      I'm not sure it's official stamp or not.
      If it is a commodity, I think you can find it from the store in Moskva. =)
